Emotion Code / Body Code

I was in love with EMDR from my first experience with it and knew it was something I had to do. It truly overwhelmed me with joy to see the immediate healing and freedoms it was bringing to my clients lives, not to mention what it did for me. I thought chances were slim that I would ever cheat on EMDR, but here we are 😉.

Again, I have found myself in a similar place with the healing effects of a method I would have absolutely blown off in the not too distant past.
Instead of a psychotherapy modality, Emotion Code is an energy healing modality that I happened upon, allowed myself be curious about and experiment with, and found to be another game changer.

There is a growing body of research validating the effectiveness of various forms of energy psychology/energy medicine.

Emotion Code is a method of connecting directly with the subconscious mind to reveal negative emotions our conscious mind often doesn’t have access to.

In EMDR we use the conscious mind to find trapped emotional energy then add various forms of distraction and bilateral stimulation to help the body/mind to release it. But because we are dependent on what the conscious mind remembers or can pull up, we are limited in the trapped emotions that we can get to. Not so with Emotion Code. We can get right to it without ever even having to talk about what created the trapped emotion in the first place.

That’s right! You don’t have to talk about your past! One more barrier to healing removed!

I am officially certified and offering Emotion Code / Body Code as a part of your regular therapy for any who are interested. It is not a requirement - only an option. Emotion Code is considered experimental, but so was EMDR not so very long ago.
